My name is Bella, and I work with women who want to see changes, who need support,who need motivation to get them more focused, on their personal goals . I believe in training for health ,mental heath and general well being . This, more than anything, is a direct reflection of my own personal success as a trainer .

A Bit About Me
Hi ,i am Bella your trainer.
My passion for fitness began at a very early age. At 17 yrs old i was victim of a terrible traffic accident which left me paralysed and in a wheelchair for yrs to come.It took me another 15 yrs to simply be able to walk as i had to relearn the most simple tasks in life.I never dreamed of become a fitness instructor as my body always was full of incapacities and inabilities.So believe when i say i can help anyone to achieve their fitness goals as if i did it so can you . Now check yourself into my classes and lets start this journey together.
I was trained in the Uk,now i have relocated in Miami and travel around the Globe sharing my passion with others. I have been teaching very successful dance-Fitness-Yoga classes since 2008. At 53 yrs old I am still extremely passionate about being active, healthy, and believe in keeping good keeping a good health by having a fitness routine and an appropriate diet.I am a plant based fitness professional, with yrs of expertise into the field of Fitness ,Dance and Yoga . I’m also extremely passionate about helping women to achieve their dream fitness and ready to help my clients improve their health and overall wellbeing. I’ve been told I’m tough but understanding, and I give each student the individual guidance they need to exceed their potential.
